(United Mineral Water & PET Ind. Ltd.) Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest Bangladeshi industrial conglomerates.[5] The industries under this conglomerate include chemicals, cement, consumer products, real estate, insurance, securities, utilities etc.[6]
MGI was established by Mostafa Kamal,[7] a pioneer Industrial leader in the private sector of Bangladesh.[8] It set up the Bangladesh's first private economic zone.
